RBS roof level installation
Impact assisted our client with the installation of 4 Daikin VRV systems over 3 floors with condensing units on roof level, local and centralised controls and a BACnet gateway for BMS integration. Within the newly refurbished office on Bishopsgate. RBS was happy with the installation and the efficiency of our engineers on this commercial project.
Google server room DX installation
Impact PM was hired by Google to install downflow/CRAC units and DX wall units for phase 1 & phase 2 of Google’s London King's Cross head office installation. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
Royal Wharf London
Impact were able to assist on numerous phases of the project, including the supply and installation of DX equipment within the Gyms, Community Centre and a number of the retail spaces throughout We installed a mixture of Mitsubishi & Daikin systems throughout the new prestigious Royal Wharf development.
Cancer Research UK server room
Impact assisted our client with the installation of Daikin wall-mounted units for a server room system over 9 floors. With the newly built Lendlease and LCR S9 Building within Stratford's International Quarter within London’s Olympic Park. The installation comprised a wall-mounted VRV system with condensing units on roof level, local and centralised controls and a BACnet gateway for BMS integration.
The London Fruit and Wool Exchange
The London Fruit and Wool Exchange – an iconic building based in the heart of the City of London. This was a challenging installation with a mixture of close control systems, VRVs, mini VRVs and split systems with units within the lower ground floors to the 5th floor. This installation has to incorporate a number of risers throughout the building with units on roof level, operating through local and centralised controls.
Apple Comms room
We assisted our Apple with the non-brazed installation of 4 x DX systems serving the comms rooms within the Apple offices on Argyle Street in London’s West End. All of their condensing units were located at roof level, which we were able to reach with ease.
Schroders comms room
Impact installed a large number of Airedale Close Control systems serving the comms room over 3 levels and Mitsubishi DX split systems within the security room and office across the project – 1 London Wall Place is one of the city’s newest commercial destinations, offering an acre of landscaped public realm set between two statement office towers.
145 City Road
Installation of a number of Mitsubishi DX systems across the development, which comprises an office & coworking space on 145 City Road. Delivering a prime location in one of the most sought-after locations in London.
Macmillan publishers
We assisted our client with the installation, decommissioning and relocation of Mitsubishi DX VRF system within Macmillan publishing offices in Kings Cross, the project was complicated, as we had to undertake validation, relocation and Decommissioning of existing systems before we installed the new Mitsubishi VRF system across 2 building over 5 floors per building with local and centralised controls.
Shepperton Film Studio NW
Shell & Core and CAT fitout of a new office building and outbuilding, with the project split over 4 floors, including a VRV system and DX/AHU coils.
Bupa
We assisted our client with the supply and installation of a VRV system across all the phased development, which included the decommissioning and removal of old system air-conditioning systems and the supply and installation of ductwork, grills and DX systems across the project.
Tottenham Hotspur
We supplied and installed 12 x Daikin Mini VRV systems serving the comms rooms within the Tottenham Experience (TEX) shop only, which formed part of the stadium development.
Selfridges
We assisted our client with the installation of 6 x condensing unit DX circuits for a newly installed AUH serving one of the many new restaurants as part of their building refurbishment.

Office fit-out within the City of London; the project consists of 6 floors of ductwork and associated grills painted black.
150 Holborn
A mix of high-end central London apartments, with comms and security room systems. Installation of Daikin Altherma & DX systems.
Virtus 11
Large data centre in Slough, consisting of 4 VRF systems in 2 office spaces, a water-cooled condensing unit with 25+ battery rooms and DX coils for AUHs.
78-82 Duke Street
In the heart of central London’s Mayfair, completed a CAT A fit out of office and commercial space of 4 x Mitsubishi VRF systems over 5 floors.
Royal College of Arts (RCA)
New flagship Battersea campus, on Battersea Bridge Road. A number of VRF systems are split over 2 buildings, over 4 floors.
Diageo – Central London Head office
Installation of Mitsubishi HVRF systems over a 7-floor office area, including associated apartments, retail areas, comms rooms and DX coils for AHUs.
Blossom Street / Norton Folgate – Shoreditch
A flagship project in the heart of both the City of London and Shoreditch, the project is set over 5 buildings which consist of office areas, comms and security rooms.
Urbanest Battersea
For large multi-building student accommodation in London, Impact provided various air conditioning systems to the common area, offices, and server rooms only. Across 3 buildings. 12 x Number of Daikin water-cooled VRV systems, FCU total 49. In addition, there are 19 x DX split systems providing cooling to comms rooms and 7 x condensing units providing heating and cooling to AHUs.
